Yes I may be jumping the gun to call it a system bug. Need to wait an see what support and development find.

BTW since you are using 9.1.5 did you find the "bug" in displaying linking (the list of linked ticket) in Call and Request tickets. 9.1.4 had the issue from both sides and 9.1.5 just fixed the one view. I got a hot fix 2 replacement files to fix this.
